The only institution in Poland with a permit for the disposal and storage of radioactive waste is the state-owned public utility company Radioactive Waste Disposal Plant (ZUOP), which is responsible for the proper management of radioactive waste from the moment it is taken over from the producer.
Offered solution:
The stand is designed for waste segregation with dust extraction. Clean air is thrown outside the building.
The cabin consists of a supporting structure, conveyor belt, bodywork, drive unit, hopper part and chute part.
Supporting structure made of stainless steel profiles. In the upper part there are drip sheets ensuring the dripping of possible liquids from the conveyor belt onto drip trays. The drip trays are located just below the conveyor belt and can be freely extended from the guides to empty the contents.
The conveyor belt with a length of 3800mm and a width of 600mm is made of polyurethane tape. The maximum load of the conveyor belt is 50kg/m.
The power unit consists of a geared motor and a 1.5kW motor. The drive is transferred to the drive roller by means of a drive chain. Speed control will be carried out using an inverter.
The charging part allows you to place waste
directly on the conveyor belt. The strip curtain located in the loading hole ensures the ease of the pouring process and causes the accumulation of possible dust floating near the hole.
The chute part allows discharge into two containers. At the ends of the chute outlet there are strip curtains for better dust extraction at the chute point.
Each of the two stations will be equipped with gloves with a length of 60cm in a universal size.
