Solution description:
The control system for the dedusting and vacuuming system was made on the basis of the FX5 series PLC from Mitsubishi and FR-A800 series frequency converters also manufactured by Mitsubishi. Frequency inverters are controlled using the cc link IE Fiels basic protocol.
During the operation of the blower (vacuum installation), the vacuum in the installation is automatically adjusted in a follow-up way – maintaining the set vacuum. To assess the dirt condition of filter cartridges, the dust collectors are equipped with VACUUM transmitters of the PC-28 series from Aplisens. Strain gauge balances were used to check the filling of the dust tanks.
The user interface is a touch operator panel mounted on the façade of the power and control switchgear, it allows, among others: entering the settings of the dedusting and vacuuming system, controlling the condition of individual devices and reading messages from frequency converters.
