Hal-Bud s.c. – the company has been specializing in industrial and ship automation for many years. Their actions allow to reduce the crews of vessels and factories and reduce the likelihood of human error. Solution:
The project assumed the imaging of immersion measurements of the dredge arms on the HMI panel. For this purpose, three Aplisens transducers were used to measure the hydrostatic pressure in individual arm joints. Two Weintek screens were used for the visualization – one for each arm.

The reading of the value through the panel is carried out by measuring the current in the 4-20 mA standard. Based on the information about the immersion of the joints and the constant length of the elements of the arm, its position relative to the surface of the water is approximated.

The data is archived and it is possible to view it in the form of trends. The application also has the possibility of calibration and additional presentation of measurements in the form of bar charts.
