Client:

The theme was commissioned by Projekt Studio in Zakłady Farmaceutyczne POLPHARMA SA, 83-200 Starogard Gdański, ul. Pelplinska 19. ZF Polpharma SA is one of the largest Polish manufacturers of medicines and the leader of the Polish pharmaceutical market. It manufactures prescription and closed-board medicines. He specializes in cardiology, gastroenterology and neurology. A significant part of the product portfolio are over-the-counter (OTC) drugs. Their offer also includes dietary supplements, medical devices, cosmetics and phytopharmaceuticals.

Offered solution:

The scope of the study included the execution of a construction and executive design in the field of:

  • design of electrical installations,
  • design of low-voltage installations, including teletechnical and I&C installations.

The project in the field of first stage pumping stations aimed to:

  • ensure the supply and adaptation of electrical installations of the stage I pump system in the scope of replacing the P2 diagonal pump (year of manufacture 1971, manually actuated) with a capacity of 600m3/h into 3 submersible pumps with a capacity of 200 m3/h (automatic start-up),
  • design distributions of socket installation circuits and terrain lighting from one switchboard,
  • ensure the operation of the facility in terms of its supply with electricity, including the provision of water for fire purposes,
  • Increasing the readability of the installation and safety of operation by adapting the equipment to current standards (e.g. by eliminating the old cast iron switchgear),
  • adaptation of installations and switchgear to current regulations (TN-C-S network system),
  • providing guaranteed power supply for I&C and teletechnical infrastructure, assuming existing power lines,
  • ensuring the continuity of power supply during the modernization.

The project in the field of second-stage pumping stations aimed to:

  • providing power supply and adapting electrical installations to regulate the capacity of 4 55kW pumps by installing 4 inverters within the existing power source,
  • verification of devices powered from the aggregate during emergency operation, in terms of maintaining certain parameters of the water network,
  • accelerator— RS3 switchgear — adaptation of the switchgear and installation to the current requirements and network layout.- Cabinet switchgear with IP55 degree with a space reserve of 25%,
  • providing guaranteed power supply for I&C and teletechnical infrastructure within the existing power line,
  • ensuring the continuity of power supply during the modernization.
