Hydro Extrusion Poland Sp. z o.o. is a manufacturer of aluminum roof rails and decorative slats for the automotive industry.

The purpose of the investment was to install a extraction system from grinding machines of decorative elements for the area related to the automotive industry (railings, slats).
The filter unit in the form of a scrubper is a suitable solution for flammable and explosive dusts such as dusts resulting from aluminum processing.
The polluted air contacts fine droplets of the sprayed liquid, and then centrifugal force causes heavier particles to be ejected outside and accumulated on the surface of the water. Removal of contaminated liquid (sludge) is possible thanks to the use of a scraper.
All elements of the piping system are made in accordance with the ATEX standard. The outlet of the purified air is directed outside the hall, where a noise suppressor is installed.
