Offered solution:
Nitrogen in gaseous form is injected into the filter cartridges mounted in the sealed cabin housing, the pressure and flow of which is controlled by regulators. During drying, condensate is produced that is collected in the drip bath, which must be cyclically removed using a ball valve.
The drying point of the filter cartridges was made in the form of a 1.4301 stainless steel cabin.
Filter cartridges mounted on a properly prepared strip, with cut mounting sockets for each filter, in a 12 x 1 system (twelve cartridges in one row). On each socket there is an NBR gasket (from the top and bottom), which is used to seal the space between the plate and the cartridge. Installation of cartridges carried out by means of a mechanism based on pressure with springs. Due to the planned possibility of rearranging the cabin, the running mechanism was used on two rigid and two swivel wheels (with brake).
The device is acoustically insulated with rock wool plates covered from the outside with a fiberglass fabric.
The mobile drying point of the cartridges is equipped with a breathing connection with a complete piping system.
